ORDERING
Browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Yes. All transactions are securely processed using encrypted payment gateways. Task Force Donut does not store your credit card information.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Yes. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Shipping charges for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at andrew@taskforcedonut.com, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
No. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at andrew@taskforcedonut.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your claim and make it right.
